We at Centera Bank are committed to providing our customers with essential banking services. We ask that you conduct all banking business through our drive-up window, our online banking platform, mobile banking application, ATM, or night deposit facilities. In the event that you need to open an account, access your safe deposit box, or apply for a loan, we encourage you to contact our staff by telephone to make arrangements for those services.
Due to the CDC recommendation of social distancing, Centera Bank will waive the Reward Checking Account requirement of 10 debit card transactions per cycle to receive rewards. All other requirements will remain in place, as account holders will still need to be enrolled in e-statements and have at least one ACH transaction posted per cycle. The waiver will be in effect for the current cycle. Centera Bank management will re-evaluate the waiver based on future CDC recommendations and may extend the waiver as appropriate.
