Fraud Alert: Beware of Impersonation Calls
Fraud Alert: Beware of Impersonation Calls
We have been made aware of fraudulent phone calls from individuals posing as bank employees. These callers may "spoof" our phone number to make it appear legitimate and may attempt to create a sense of urgency.
Please remember:
- We will never call you to request your full account number, debit card number, PIN, online banking password, or one-time security codes.
- We will never ask you to move money to another account for "protection".
- We will never pressure you to act immediately or threaten account closure.
If you receive a suspicious call:
- Hang up immediately.
- Do not provide any personal or financial information.
- Contact us directly using the phone number listed on your debit card or our official website.
If you believe you may have shared information with the scammer, please contact us right away so we can help protect your account.
We are committed to your security and appreciate your vigilance.
